Earnings & pricing
How much could my condo earn on Airbnb?
It depends on the building, floor, view, size and how many nights you can free up. Our market page shows what downtown Toronto hosts earn on average; a free consultation gives you a range for your unit.
What do you charge?
One management fee as a percentage of booking revenue, no onboarding fee, no long-term contract. We quote in writing after a short consultation.
Who sets the nightly rate?
We do, within a floor and ceiling you approve, and we adjust it with demand — festivals, conferences, summer, and the quieter weeks.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, with a statement that shows nights, revenue, expenses and your payout.
My condo
Can I still use my condo whenever I want?
Yes. Block the dates you need and we host around them.
Is my building allowed to short-term rent?
Many downtown buildings permit it and many restrict it. Tell us your building and we check the rules first — before anything else.
What about the City of Toronto rules?
Short-term rentals in Toronto are allowed in your principal residence, with registration and a municipal tax. We keep your hosting inside those rules and handle the paperwork with you. The City's page has the full detail.
Do you host houses or units outside downtown?
No. We host condos and apartments in downtown Toronto only — that focus is the point.
Guests & the home
How do you screen guests?
ID verification, review history, purpose of stay and party-risk signals — every booking checked against your house rules before it's accepted.
What happens if something breaks?
Small fixes are handled straight away; anything bigger is quoted and approved by you first. Damage is documented with time-stamped photos and claimed through the platform.
Who deals with a 2 a.m. lockout?
We do, through the guest-support line, 24 hours a day.
Can I keep some things locked away?
Yes. Most owners keep a locked closet or room; we build it into the listing and the house rules.
Getting started
How long until my first guest?
Usually a few weeks from the consultation, depending on your building and paperwork.
Do I need to be in Toronto to set this up?
No. Many of our owners onboard from abroad. A key handover and one walkthrough is all we need in person.
Can I stop?
Yes. No long-term lock-in — give us notice and we wind down around your calendar.
